Front desk attendant was barely ever there. Always in the back. Booked 2 King beds through hotwire. Hotel said they did not have 2 king beds at all. Showed the email stating the guaranteed 2 king room and we drove 10hrs from CT. Pretty much didn't want to do much to help us. Said the hotel was full to capacity on a Tuedsay. But when we looked on the website to book, there were several rooms available. So we were lied to and given an outdated double bed room. Also the comforter had stains and was dirty.
